Yes. We just had a immense upgrade very recently of a whole new version of graphic engine and coding. A lot of it my be on our end.Attached are photos of some glitches I encountered while playing today
Thank you very much, we will look into this. I encourage anybody to try this if you're struggling with the white screen crash, it doesn't hurt to try.Ahoy everyone, I have a potential workaround for white screen crashing in the Lava Gorge on Padres del Fuego!
FYI @ TLOPOStaff
The crash logs show this error about 40 times, right at the time of the freeze:
:04-03-2020 17:17:44 :audio(error): Could not open audio audio/sfx_fire_loop.ogg
:04-03-2020 17:17:44 :audio(error): Cannot open file: audio/sfx_fire_loop.ogg
Troubleshooting done:
I disabled the audio effects and music and went into the cave. NO FREEZING!
I played for a bit, working on my quest and then turned sound effects back on. Still no freeze!
Once I turned the music back on..BOOM...FREEZE/White screen.
So, current workaround that might help you in the Lava Gorge: Disable the music before going into the cave. If it is still running poorly, try disabling the sound effects too.
I'll have to look at the crash logs from other caves to see if those also appear to be related to the music. Worth trying out if you really wanna go in a cave that is freezing on ya!
See ya in the game mateys,
Edward Blastbones
Could you try the potential fix @Edward Blastbones just posted about and see if it helps?Once again having freezing issues, Lava Gorge, Beckett's quarry and El Patron's mine on Raven's, i have no problem accessing any location on Tortuga, don't about any other islands though.
Maybe telling but I've never experienced the white screen of death, perhaps because I've not had my audio and music turned on for the last 3 updates. Tonight I'll turn it on and see what happens. All audio will be enabled at start-up screen and try PdF right away.Ahoy everyone, I have a potential workaround for white screen crashing in the Lava Gorge on Padres del Fuego!

Ran a unscientific test on the production server with the ocean that starts with 'F'. Can't spell it right now. I noted an update as I logged in as well, roughly 5:50 est.Maybe telling but I've never experienced the white screen of death, perhaps because I've not had my audio and music turned on for the last 3 updates. @Driftarr try disabling sound fx and music before going in. I tried disabling only music (which was a workaround to get into Lava Gorge on PDF) but Thieves Den will only let me in without freezing if all sound is disabled in the game.Guaranteed whitescreen if you try to get into Thieve's Den on Tortuga
We thank you for your reporting.@Tlopo Staff these are the warnings and errors that repeat a bunch at the time of white screen/crash in Thieve's Den on Tortuga. Pretty much the same as on Lava Gorge.

We thank you for your reporting.
We have confirmed the issue is related to audio as you suspected. If anybody is having these issues, disable all your audio settings. We have a potential fix that we are working on.
Can you upload the log like Feralboys did above?
For the main story quest I need to search for an item in an EITC outpost in thieves den. Every time I’m about to walk in into the outpost my game crashes. I have tried turning off all my audio and teleporting to a friend already in there but both still result in me crashing. Anyone have any other workarounds or know when this is going to be fixed. I’m very frustrated because this is required for the main story quest and can’t continue until this is fixed.
