5 years and no kracken

To be fair, it was pretty obvious to me they abandoned their plans for the Kraken boss battle 3 years ago. I do wish they would have completed it, but if you're still expecting it I wouldn't hold your breath.

Quite honestly I wish people would leave it in the past, when people keep bringing it up it only perpetuates disappointment among players. I think it's unfortunately time to let this one go.
(This was not directed just at anyone in particular, but everyone. I myself mentioned the Kraken a week or two ago, so even I'm a hypocrite ).

Anyways, back on topic!

5 years huh? Seemed longer... I believe I started playing back in '08 -- when going to Padres meant death for Basic players. This was also the time when the NPC text would appear in chat, along with the 'Timer' at sea, and the old islands... How so much has changed since then...

I might come. Nothing is set in stone yet.
