Q: Why did Pirates Online close?

At this time, we are shifting our development focus towards other online and mobile play experiences. Q: Can I still access my account and my Pirates(s), and items?
A: Unfortunately, you can no longer access your account to Pirates of the Caribbean Online or log into the Pirates Online virtual world.
Q: Why can't I purchase or re-activate my Membership?
A: Pirates of the Caribbean Online closed on September 19, 2013. Memberships are no longer available for purchase.
Q: I had a recurring paid Membership for Pirates Online. What happens now?
A: As of August 20, 2013, your credit card or PayPal account was no longer charged a recurring payment for Pirates Online. Guests with paid Memberships received an email with information about Membership including refund options. Pirates of the Caribbean Online closed on September 19, 2013. You can no longer access your account to Pirates Online or log into the Pirates Online virtual world. Billing support will no longer be available after November 18, 2013.
Q: I had purchased a Pirates of the Caribbean Online Game Card at a CVS store, but I never redeemed it. What do I do now?
A: Pirates of the Caribbean Online closed on September 19, 2013, and Membership for Pirates Online is no longer available.
If you have purchased a Pirates of the Caribbean Online Game Card at a CVS retailer, but have NOT yet activated your Game Card online, please email us at billing@piratesonline.comfor help, or contact Customer Support at 1-888-507-9507. Customer Support Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Billing support will no longer be available after November 18, 2013.
