Ok, This Thread Talks About lowering and decreasing the lag(PING)
1. Open Start
2. Press RUN(XP Users) Search: regedit for vista , W7 Users
3. Type In regedit open as admin
4. Open The Following HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/TCPIP/Paramters/Interfaces/YOUR CURRENT LOCAL IP
5. Then In Free Space Right Click And Press New>DWORD Value
6. Rename It To TCPAckFrequency
7. Right Click On It And Modify, it should be Hexadcemical, Change The Value data to 1
8. Add Another One, Rename It To TCPNoDelay
9. Hexadcemical and value 1
10. Now Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/MSMQ
11. Press On Paramters Without Clicking The Arrow Near Its Name
12. Add TCPNoDelay Hexadcemical value data 1
13. Reboot
Now Your Ping Should Be Good
here's another way
1.Press ALT,CTRL,DELETE
2. Press Processes
3. Close Any Unwanted Programs
4. Make Sure u Dont close needed programs like Explorer(The Windows)
Now Your Ping Should Be Good If Still No, Lower Your Graphichs And Screen Resoution To Low
And If Still no, press ALT.CTRL.DELTE
right click on the app u want to lower the ping in it and press Set Pirioty, Set it to BelowNormal
And If Still Bad i Suggest You To Trade Your PC Version With A Bomb And Go Destroy Microsoft Company. -.-

While this seems interesting (I haven't tried it since I don't have ping issues) I would just like to say that changing things in the registry can be dangerous and could damage the operating system. :)

Trust Me It Gonna Work! Not Dangerous But 5% of who tried it got increased ping
