Glitch Grenade does not show up on Player card

I just finished my grenade quest on one of my alts and it doesn't show up in the player card not really game-breaking but just kind of annoying. I have grenades in my inventory and I can use them but when I relogged it was still missing. Has anyone else had this issue and is there any way to fix it.
