Weapons Are Cursed Legendaries harder to obtain than standard Legendaries?

Would you say Cursed Legendaries are harder to obtain than standard Legendaries?

From a statistical standpoint in how loot is calculated, it could be assumed that cursed legendary weapons are indeed harder to find due to the few prerequisite parameters needed to get them.

This also doesnt account for the fact that enemies with Cursed Legendaries in their drop tables still have a substantial amount of normal weapons in that pool as well, along with Rare and Famed Cursed as well.

On a by-number basis, I would be lead to believe that both classes of Legendary weapons have the same drop rates, this gap is however widened when calculating the multiple other differences in loot containers.

If you kill a molusk after completing the Raven's Cove quest, you actually have a better chance of getting a cursed legendary than a normal one from that enemy.

I think the answer is yes it is harder probably because the legendary cursed blades are wanted more than standard legendaries.
