I hope that this has not been posted before, but, where is the best place to level each weapon and what not?

Also, I have added a poll to this question just for fun.
 
haha dark hart is good for basically every weapon, plus he has good loot. but he gets boring after a while.
 
Darkhart, Jacques le Blanc, Tomas Blanco, etc. any high level boss is good for leveling weapons. When you are between level 15-25, a good place is the group of guards in the courtyard of Kingshead.
